Delivery rates in mainland France and Monaco: 

Indicative delivery time: 48 h to 72 h 

Delivery is free   in mainland France in  Colissimo.

Delivery rates  abroad are done by  International Colissimo : 

Indicative delivery time: D + 3 to D + 8

THE RETURNS

If, unfortunately, the reception of your package does not cause the euphoria that we hope, you can proceed to an exchange and get a refund within 14 days.  (in accordance with the legal withdrawal period). 

In the case of a return of compliant products, the return will be at the buyer's expense.

The latter will be offered a credit or a refund of the value of the products on their date of purchase.

In the event of a return of non-conforming products (damaged, stained, etc.), reimbursement of the products and return costs will only be made after receipt of the products and validation of their non-conformity. 

The reimbursement of the products received will be made within 15 working days.

Returns will be in the original packaging.
